Terms & Conditions
1. Service Agreement
Logatvu provides automotive repair and maintenance services in Düsseldorf. All services are performed according to industry standards and applicable German regulations. Customers agree to pay invoiced amounts upon service completion.
2. Liability & Warranty
We warrant all workmanship for 12 months from service date. Logatvu is not liable for damages caused by customer misuse, accidents, or third-party services. Maximum liability is limited to the service cost paid.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon service completion. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments. Invoices include itemized parts and labor. Late payments incur interest at 5% monthly.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Services may be cancelled up to 24 hours before appointment. Parts purchased are non-refundable unless defective. Refunds for defective parts are processed within 14 days.
5. Data Protection
Personal data collected for service bookings and invoicing is processed according to GDPR. Your data is not shared with third parties without consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Customer Conduct
Customers must treat staff respectfully. Abusive behavior may result in service refusal. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
7. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are governed by German law. Parties agree to mediate before legal action. Venue is Düsseldorf, Germany.
8. Changes to Terms
Logatvu reserves the right to update these terms. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
